You will evaluate and treat complex cardiovascular conditions, interpret ECGs, echos, and stress tests, and create evidence-based care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leverage advanced analytics and EHR tools to improve outcomes and affordability, and participate in quality improvement and guideline development. Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology consults and ongoing cardiac care Interpret diagnostic studies including ECG, echocardiogram, stress testing, and cardiac imaging Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans and participate in care coordination Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality, safety, and outcomes Document care in EHR systems and use data to drive clinical decision-making Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and guideline development Supervise or mentor advanced practice providers and trainees as applicable Engage in patient education, risk-factor modification, and preventive cardiology Required Skills Cardiovascular diagnosis and management Echocardiography Electrocardiography (ECG) interpretation Cardiac stress testing Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) Use of EHR and clinical informatics tools Evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines Interdisciplinary care coordination Quality improvement in healthcare Patient education and preventive cardiology
