We pride ourselves on using the finest ingredients, baking from scratch, and spreading smiles with every sweet treat we serve. Job Summary Sibby's Cupcakery is looking for a creative, social-media-savvy content creator to help bring our brand to life through fun, polished and engaging visual content. We already have our brand voice and copywriting covered. What we're looking for is someone with a great eye who can help take our photos, videos, Reels and other visual content to the next level . This could be a great fit for a talented college student or emerging content creator who loves food, photography, video and social media. What you'll do: Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels for Instagram and other social platforms Photograph cupcakes, custom orders, behind-the-scenes moments, our team and bakery happenings Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social content Create simple branded graphics when needed Help brainstorm creative content ideas and identify social media trends that make sense for the Sibby's brand Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity Work with our team to capture seasonal products, special events and other timely content We are looking for someone who: Is highly proficient in short-form video editing Has a strong eye for photography, composition and visual storytelling Understands Instagram, Reels and current social media trends Can create polished content without making it feel overly produced or corporate Is creative, organized, reliable and self-directed Can understand an established brand and create content that feels authentically "Sibby's"

Bonus:

experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar creative tools, and food photography! This is a part-time, flexible position of approximately 5-10 hours per week , with some work taking place at our San Mateo bakery to capture content and additional editing that can be done remotely.
