He is now looking to grow his digital presence in a way that reflects the standard of his business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist and Content Producer to take ownership of Bjorn's Instagram presence. This is a hybrid role that combines high level content strategy with hands on filming. The role does not require editing, which is handled separately. The right candidate will develop concepts, write scripts, and be on location with Bjorn to capture content as it happens. They will have a strong eye for what performs on Instagram and a genuine understanding of how to build a personal brand in the luxury space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content strategy and planning for Instagram Weekly concept development, scripting, and hook writing for short form video On location filming alongside Bjorn across Santa Monica and Beverly Hills Management of the content calendar and publishing schedule Ongoing competitor and market research across real estate and luxury personal brand content on Instagram Post performance analysis with clear reporting and actionable recommendations Briefing editors with clear direction on cuts, pacing, and final output Proactive ideation, pitching new concepts on an ongoing basis
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrable experience growing a personal brand or creator account, preferably in real estate, finance, luxury, or lifestyle Proven understanding of Instagram short form video mechanics including hook structure, retention, and audience growth Strong scriptwriting ability, content must sound natural and conversational on camera Confident and competent filming on location with a high visual standard Experience briefing editors with clear creative direction Highly analytical approach to content performance Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction Based in or able to travel regularly to the Los Angeles area
