We've been in business since 2018, we do very well already but have NOT touched the social media realm, we now need help with reaching our brand out to social channels :) We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand's online presence across multiple digital platforms (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok). In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop engaging social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our digital marketing efforts. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us connect authentically with our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive meaningful engagement. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement. Create high-quality, visually appealing content videos. Manage social media content by scheduling posts Monitor social media channels through social listening tools to gather insights on audience sentiment and emerging trends. Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships. Qualifications Proven experience and expert familiarity in social media management for the Instagram and TikTok Platform, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring. Basic Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and social media marketing strategies. Familiarity with Video Editing to create content Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing that resonates with diverse audiences.
