As our Medical Writer & Digital Content Specialist , you will work in a dual-focus role, drafting rigorous scientific literature (journal manuscripts, abstracts, CSRs) and social media content that elevates Pentara's industry presence. What you will do:

Document Creation:

Write and edit journal articles, case reports, review articles, abstracts, and clinical study reports (CSRs).

Content Creation:

Adapt scientific content into short-form digital media, visual summaries, and web content to boost Pentara's brand presence.

Data Synthesis:

Translate statistical outputs and technical findings into clear, scientifically accurate summaries.

Conference Support:

Produce impactful posters and presentations for scientific meetings.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-specific medical writing issues.

Compliance & Quality:

Ensure all deliverables align perfectly with applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines. Document Formatting, Submission and Follow up: Coordinate, format, submit and follow-up on manuscripts, abstracts and presentations

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Adapt to shifting project needs and complete other duties as assigned by leadership Who you are:

Language:

Native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Execution & Detail:

Exceptional time management, file organization, and a proven track record of meeting tight submission deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Regulatory Skills:

Proven ability to compile, format, and edit documents for regulatory submissions.

Digital & Social Literacy:

Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude for writing engaging short-form content for digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

Experience you will bring:

Experience:

4+ years of professional medical or technical writing experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Statistics, Technical Writing, or a related field.

Technical Literacy:

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically expert-level MS Word formatting and template utilization.
