This role will be responsible for driving category growth, vendor partnerships, global merchandising strategy, and overall sales profitability across targeted markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT e-commerce merchandising, B2B sales leadership, vendor management, and strategic business planning, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver revenue growth. Newegg is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager or Director of B2B Sales to lead and expand our global B2B e-commerce sales initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving category growth, vendor partnerships, global merchandising strategy, and overall sales profitability across targeted markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT e-commerce merchandising, B2B sales leadership, vendor management, and strategic business planning, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, merchandising, or business development, preferably within IT, electronics, or e-commerce sectors. 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing direct teams and cross-functional initiatives. Proven experience in managing large vendor portfolios, P&L ownership, and strategic negotiations. Strong knowledge of global e-commerce marketing practices, B2B sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and market research. Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and influence at all levels. High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in global markets and managing international teams is a plus. supervisorrole :
