Job Description
Position Summary The E-Commerce Lifecycle Coordinator sits on the E-Commerce team and focuses on understanding customer needs to improve the digital experience. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the email production pipeline, ensuring product information accuracy, and supporting customer engagement channels. Beyond these core responsibilities, the role will contribute to broader e-commerce initiatives, including A/B testing, SEO, business automation, and site functionality. The role interfaces with web development, data science, guest services, retail, and merchandising teams. It is highly collaborative and blends creativity, technology, and customer-centric thinking to drive engagement and conversion. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, and while furniture industry experience isn't required, curiosity and a desire to learn are key. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Support the ongoing management and optimization of digital communication channels, including AI-driven experiences, to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with customer needs. Partner with Merchandising team and vendors to maintain accurate and complete product details across the digital experience. Coordinate the preparation, review, and handoff of email creative assets to ensure campaigns are production-ready and launched on schedule. Assist with lifecycle campaign and workflow execution through coordination with email designers and developers. Identify and report website bugs or issues to the appropriate teams to ensure a smooth and reliable online experience. Support A/B testing and business automation initiatives by helping review setup and execution. Contribute to SEO efforts by ensuring accurate product content and optimizing on-page elements for search visibility. Create dashboards and status updates to help manage and communicate progress across multiple initiatives. Maintain a strong understanding of customer behaviors and needs to inform engagement strategies.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in marketing, business administration, English, communications, or interior design. 1+ year(s) of related work experience in marketing or web analytics and project management. Knowledge of web analytics is a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office including Excel.Certificates and Licenses:

Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. $25.55 - $33.15 Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
