Handles complex customer and operational issues across Temu and Amazon while maintaining marketplace compliance and accurate product information. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and management team, including research, documentation, follow-ups, and special projects. Manage customer service inquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, replacements, and claims . Investigate shipping issues, including lost, delayed, damaged, and delivered-but-not-received orders, and coordinate with carriers and marketplaces. Communicate with customers, carriers, marketplace support, and internal teams to resolve order and operational issues. Review returned merchandise and determine eligibility for refunds, replacements, and restocking fees. Research and maintain accurate product specifications, descriptions, compatibility information, and marketplace listings. Identify listing errors, restricted products, and potential marketplace policy violations. Assist with order management, inventory, SKU, fulfillment, and system-integration issues. Maintain spreadsheets and internal records related to products, inventory, pricing, and operational matters. Support compliance with policies and seller requirements . Provide professional customer support in English and Spanish when needed.

Requirements Bilingual:

English and Spanish Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with a focus on client services and problem-solving skills. Strong computer literacy Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional phone manner and good phone etiquette. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain high levels of accuracy during data entry tasks. Previous experience in a customer service or client communication role within a call center environment is preferred.
