Operations Manager Position Overview The E-Commerce Specialist plays a key role in reaching a digital market. You will work independently and in a team's environment to boost sales, efficiency. While gauging sales profitability, measuring, preparing, and executing sale ideas. All your work will be done from a I-Pad/ Computer. Platforms used vary from Shopify, Etsy, Ebay and Facebook Marketplace. Primary Functions & Responsibilities Unpacking, Sorting, Pricing and Posting to social medias. Picking and packing online orders. Preparing, planning, attending, and executing of market sales. From a digital standpoint and a physical presence during promoted sale. Preparing marketing strategy through Facebook Business Suite (Meta & Instagram). Meeting with Market Manager and Online Manager to preform pre, during and post-sale planning to measure the expenses vs. income. Posting furniture and other unique items on Facebook Marketplace, soon to push postings through Shopify. Maintaining online inventory, sales, messages, comments across all platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, and Market Calls). Working with Managers on integration of technology, process' and procedures to boost efficiency and sales. Using programs and memberships to create sale ideas, listings, and training. Minimal travel to classes and meetings with the industry to gauge any growth. Other duties as assigned.

01/23/23 Page 1 of 3 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities General understanding of social medias. Shopify, Traxia, eBay, Facebook, Etsy, Instagram, Email and Google knowledge is a plus. Basic computer knowledge. General idea of market value. Previous Antique/ collectibles is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accuracy and attention to details. Well developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service principles, including customer needs assessments and customer satisfaction evaluations. Minimum Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's license. High school Diploma or Equivalent. Physical Demands Must be able to lift 25lbs on your own. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time. Assisting loading items for customers.
