Pay:
$40-55/hr Digital Commerce Manager We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Commerce Manager to lead and optimize a growing brand's digital commerce ecosystem. This role will oversee direct-to-consumer e-commerce, marketplace channels, email and SMS marketing, digital shelf optimization, and performance reporting to drive online sales, improve conversion, and strengthen customer loyalty. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, marketplace performance, retention marketing, and digital merchandising, along with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for creating seamless, high-converting customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the direct-to-consumer website and related digital commerce channels. Drive marketplace growth through listing optimization, enhanced content, and promotional strategy. Lead email and SMS marketing execution, including campaigns, automations, and retention programs. Improve digital shelf presence through SEO, content optimization, and competitive analysis. Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify opportunities and improve ROI. Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and external teams to support launches and campaigns. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce management. Experience with DTC platforms, marketplaces, and digital retail channels. Proficiency with tools such as Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Bazaarvoice, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, digital merchandising, and campaign analytics. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
