We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Shop & E-Commerce Assistant to support daily shop operations and online store management. This role is ideal for someone organized, self-motivated, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks including stocking, shipping, basic data entry, cleaning, and occasional deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock shelves and organize inventory Assist with receiving and labeling incoming products Enter and update product descriptions, images, and details in the online store (Shopify or similar platform) Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Perform basic administrative or support tasks as needed Deliver parts or materials locally when required

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organization Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry Ability to lift and move boxes/products (typical shop items) Dependable, punctual, and self-directed Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for deliveries) Ability to work independently and follow instruction Preferred (Not Required): Experience with Shopify or online store platforms Previous warehouse, retail, or shipping experience

Environment:

This position involves a mix of light physical work, computer tasks, and general shop duties. All work takes place at the Kodiak Power office in White Bear Lake, MN. Local material deliveries are around the twin city metro on occasion throughout the week.
