With facilities in Miami, FL, Las Vegas, NV and Pennsylvania, we've expanded nationwide to provide next-day delivery on thousands of SKUs. Our specialty is fast turnaround, custom pleated filters. We process and ship over 1,000 e-commerce orders per day . As we scale, we're looking for a shipping supervisor who can keep our operation running smoothly, cost-effectively, and at the speed our customers expect. Role Overview The Shipping Supervisor will oversee all outbound operations in a high-volume fulfillment environment , ensuring orders are shipped accurately, on time, and at the lowest cost. This role requires someone with experience in large-scale e-commerce shipping who can lead teams, implement automation. Key Responsibilities Manage daily shipping of 1,000+ e-commerce orders across multiple channels. Ensure same-day/next-day shipping SLAs are consistently achieved. Lead and train a shipping team of 4+ associates across shifts. Oversee batch processing, label generation, and automated shipping workflows. Optimize packaging and cartonization to reduce DIM weight surcharges.

Track KPIs:

on-time shipping %, mis-ship rate, cost per order, throughput. Drive process improvements and automation to support company growth. Qualifications 2+ years experience in high-volume e-commerce or 3PL shipping management. Bilingual Spanish and English Hands-on experience shipping 1,000+ daily orders with multiple carriers. Strong knowledge of ShipStation, PackSize Proven leadership skills managing large warehouse teams. Data-driven decision maker with experience reducing shipping costs. Why Join Filter King?
