Work with sales and operations to promote slow-moving inventory without weakening the brands. Track leads and customer engagement generated through campaigns and trade shows. Reporting and Performance Track online sales, conversion rate, website traffic, average order value, advertising return, email performance, and customer acquisition. Measure campaign results and recommend adjustments based on sales and profitability. Prepare weekly or monthly marketing and e-commerce performance reports for leadership. Identify best-selling products, underperforming items, customer purchasing patterns, and missed sales opportunities. Establish measurable goals for each campaign and platform. Monitor marketing expenses and help ensure spending produces an appropriate return. Product and Brand Management Learn the features, customers, and sales opportunities for Buffalo Outdoors, Harley-Davidson, NFL, OSU, and other company product lines. Coordinate product photography, lifestyle images, videos, packaging, and online content. Ensure licensed-product marketing follows brand and licensing requirements. Proofread product information, prices, promotions, and marketing materials before publication. Maintain an organized digital library of product images, logos, videos, templates, and sales materials. Ideal Candidate The right person should: Understand how marketing directly supports sales and profitability. Have hands-on Shopify and e-commerce experience. Be comfortable working across social media, email marketing, websites, and digital advertising. Possess strong business judgment—not just creative or social-media skills. Be analytical enough to understand sales reports and marketing results. Be organized and capable of managing multiple brands, platforms, and deadlines. Communicate effectively with sales, operations, design, warehouse staff, and company leadership.
