The Role:
The GTM Manager for B2B eCommerce is responsible for collaborating closely with Logitech Key Resellers in the rapidly evolving eCommerce sales landscape. The role involves advising and partnering with resellers to develop and implement eCommerce and online-channel sales and marketing programs. Additionally, the manager will work with Field Sales teams to plan, execute, and coordinate the eCommerce aspects of the Resellers' Annual Business Plan. This position entails developing and managing Logitech's Annual Business Plan on various B2B eCommerce reseller ordering platforms. This role reports to the Head of B2B Europe.
Your Contribution:
Develop processes and programs to integrate eCommerce best practices with Field Sales and Reseller teams. Educate, plan, execute, and coordinate the eCommerce facets of the Resellers' Annual Business Plan. Collaborate closely with Logitech's Sales Strategy and eCommerce teams to align with broader business performance goals. Stay updated with eCommerce and digital trends, as well as emerging technology opportunities. Champion and educate B2B eCommerce opportunities across the organization. Manage our B2B eCommerce platform strategy and partnerships with Resellers. Build collaborative Annual Business Plans and roadmaps with each Reseller's B2B platform partner.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record in building relationships with resell customers, internal associates, and wholesalers. Ability to take initiative and use customer feedback to identify market needs and challenges. Diligence and ability to follow through on commitments with stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication skills across all organizational levels. Ability to achieve performance goals with minimal direction. Proven analytical skills and understanding of syndicated data. Computer literacy and ability to learn various software, including Microsoft Office/Gsuite. Preferable experience in Marketing and/or Sales in the consumer electronic industry. eCommerce/Digital Commerce marketplace/platform experience is strongly preferred. Ability to travel a minimum of 40% of working time.
Location:
This position will be based out of Doral Florida.
Compensation:
