Job Description

LFS, Inc. was established in 1967 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trident Seafoods. Our corporate headquarters is in Bellingham, WA and we have three year-round locations in
Washington State:
Bellingham, Seattle, and Poulsbo. LFS also has five year-round locations in
Alaska:
Anchorage, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Homer (Kachemak Gear Shed), and Sitka; and three seasonal locations in Kenai, Dillingham and Naknek. While our core business is supplying the commercial fishing industry, we have evolved to include industrial and sports netting sales, hydraulic sales and services, wholesale/industrial sales, recreational marine and outdoor sales, and internet sales.
Summary:
LFS/GO2 Marine is looking for an experienced eCommerce Operations Specialist. In this role you will execute day-to-day operations including catalog updates, customer service, and order processing across all channels. (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify) Essential functions (responsibilities, tasks, supervisory needs) Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Core Responsibilities Process orders and manage cancellations, returns, and issues. Provide customer service via phone, email, and cases. Support Shopify and call center order flow. Coordinate with warehouse on fulfillment issues. Manage customer-related follow-ups including returns, warranties, shipping claims, and order issue resolution.

Represent LFS by using our core values to guide your behavior and business decisions. Success Metrics Order accuracy and SLA compliance. Customer satisfaction and response time This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, year-round benefited position. Pay range is $20 - $22 per hour. This is a work from home/remote position. Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs) Comfortable troubleshooting errors, stranded inventory, and fulfillment issues Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple products at once. Clear communicator who can follow processes and improve them. Strong Excel knowledge Experience coordinating with warehouses or third party shippers. High School or GED certificate 1-2 years with eCommerce or digital operations. Preferred education and experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, computer science, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in eCommerce or digital operations.
