This role requires confidence on camera, strong sales/showmanship skills, and the ability to independently run a fast-paced show from start to finish. This is not a traditional retail job — it's closer to a performance. You will be on your feet for long periods, engaging viewers, presenting designer items, and driving sales while managing inventory in real time. Candidates must be self-starters who can perform without constant supervision. Responsibilities Live Shows Host or assist in live selling shows (primarily overnight). Present designer items with enthusiasm, accuracy, and strong camera presence. Keep the show entertaining and engaging, whether the audience is small or extremely active. Maintain high energy and professionalism throughout the entire shift. Showroom & Merchandising Set up and merchandise the showroom for each live show. Create visually appealing displays using existing inventory. Inventory & Order Management Track all items sold during the live show with accuracy. Maintain and organize inventory before, during, and after broadcasts. Assist with packaging and shipping all live-sale orders. Complete accurate data entry for sales and inventory logs. Product Prep & Authentication Photograph products for marketing and preview posts. Assist in authenticating designer items (training provided). Ensure all items meet quality and condition standards before shipping. Additional Duties Support e-commerce and wholesale operations as needed. Help maintain Arkollab's branding and presentation standards. Requirements Comfortable speaking on camera and selling live. Outgoing, engaging personality with natural showmanship. Self-starter with the ability to stay focused and productive without direct supervision. Able to stand and perform for long periods (overnight shifts). Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment. Experience with designer merchandise or luxury retail is a plus. Prior experience with live selling, social media sales, or auction-style shows is highly preferred. Schedule & Pay $15/hr starting rate + Bonus based on sales Primary schedule: 6pm - 12am Typically Thursday-Sunday , with flexibility based on business needs.
