Overview Expercom, Utah's Premier Apple Dealer, is hiring a full-time E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage order processing, inventory, customer service, and Amazon listings for our online store. Pay is $18-$22/hr based on experience, Monday-Friday, day shift.
This role goes beyond fulfillment — you'll help help manage our Amazon presence and support online marketing efforts as we grow, with room to take on more ownership over time. Responsibilities Verify and process e-commerce ordersManage inventory levels and coordinate restocks Handle customer service emails professionally and promptly Maintain and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) Support online marketing efforts, including promotions and listing improvements Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory Qualifications Reliable and self-motivated — full-time commitment Detail-oriented with order accuracy and inventory tracking Comfortable writing clear, professional customer emails Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms a plus Interest in marketing and how online listings drive sales Friendly and professional with team and customers Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
