Up to 6 remote days per month) 【Hiring Style】Direct hire / Full-time Responsibilities Prepare purchase orders, review prices and product specifications from suppliers, and maintain purchasing files and price lists. Monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, verify shipment accuracy, and handle supplier and customer inquiries regarding order changes or cancellations. Conduct market research on consumer habits, habits, and trends to support marketing strategies and brand awareness. Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising, and event planning. Coordinate with external vendors and execute individual tasks within assigned marketing and purchasing plans. Qualifications Japanese and English bilingual proficiency is required due to regular communication with Japanese suppliers and internal teams. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Prior experience in the Asian food/non-food manufacturing, distribution, retail, or consumer goods industry is preferred. Work experience in Japan or familiarity with Japanese business practices is preferred. Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to travel on occasional overnight business trips (up to once every 2-3 months).
