Job Duties:

Research the market to determine cost usage patterns, competitive offerings, and customer needs to determine the next version of technical and marketing features and functional performance needed for our next generation Xoriant Customer Integrator. Prepare market requirement documents based on the market research for our next generation Xoriant Customer Integrator. Interface with our architects, developers and solution architects to develop product requirement documents for our next generation Xoriant Customer Integrator. Interface with product engineering and testing teams to ensure conformance of the product with technical product/market specifications, prepare marketing collateral which includes technical data sheets, presentations, demonstrations, case studies, white papers, competitive comparisons and applications notes used by customers to aid our sales efforts as well as our pre-sales efforts. Work with customer implementation teams to come up with a solution architecture, which suits Xoriant's product architecture and customer's business requirements, and ensure that the learning from the customer solutions are translated back into our market requirement and product requirement documents, mentioned above. Study the sales cycles, presales cycles, post-sales implementation cycles and use cases of the current customers of Xoriant Customer Integrator to create marketing and sales collateral such as data sheets, case studies, approach documents, white papers and positioning statements to be used by sales and delivery personnel.

Job Requirements:

Requires Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related field. Require five years of experience in job offered, Business Development Executive/Strategist, Market Research Analyst or related. Must have at least one year of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, Salesforce CRM and Sugar CRM.
