This role serves as the bridge between business users and technical teams, partnering across departments to ensure CRM data integrity, efficient business processes, meaningful reporting, reliable system integrations, and solutions that support organization -wide needs. The ideal candidate combines strong CRM administration skills with data management, reporting, and technical aptitude. They should be comfortable troubleshooting issues, working with APIs and integrations, building Power BI reports, collaborating with stakeholders across departments, and helping users maximize the value of business applications. While the role is currently focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, the successful candidate must be adaptable, curious, and willing to learn new technologies as organizational needs evolve, including the potential migration to a different CRM platform in the future. Key Responsibilities CRM Administration Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization's CRM platform and related business applications. Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and access requests. Configure forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business process automations. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate testing, deployment, and validation of system enhancements. Data Management & Quality Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication efforts. Maintain data quality standards, integrity, and governance practices. Investigate and resolve data-related issues. Perform data audits and recommend process improvements. Document data structures, processes, and procedures. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Create recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders. Analyze CRM and operational data to identify trends and opportunities. Support leadership with meaningful metrics and performance reporting. Integrations & Technical Support Monitor and support integrations between CRM and other business systems. Assist in troubleshooting API, data synchronization, and automation issues. Work with software vendors, consultants, and developers to resolve technical challenges. Support Power Automate workflows and other low-code automation solutions. Assist with testing and validating integration changes. User Support & Training Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM user support. Investigate and resolve user issues and system requests. Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices. Conduct user training and onboarding sessions. Gather and prioritize enhancement requests from business stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology. Stay current with CRM, reporting, automation, and data management trends. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and future platform evaluations. Assist with platform migrations and organizational technology initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience administering a CRM or business application platform. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems. Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar analytics tools. Understanding of data management, data quality, and reporting concepts. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data exchange processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and business applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. Experience supporting cloud-based business applications. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related certifications. Experience working in a membership, association, nonprofit, or customerfocused environment.
