Job Description

The Marketing Intern will support a variety of marketing initiatives, including internal communications, merchandising materials, consumer insights, and cross-functional projects. This role provides exposure to brand marketing, market research, content creation, project management, and retail merchandising while contributing to meaningful business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Internal Communications
  • Create and publish articles highlighting employee achievements, business updates, and company initiatives on Bonnie's internal communications platform, The Vine.
  • Assist with enhancing employee engagement through new communication features and content. Merchandising & Point-of-Purchase Support
  • Support the creation, coordination, and distribution of in-store signage and merchandising materials.
  • Assist with the implementation and management of the Point-of-Purchase (POP) ordering platform.
  • Coordinate signage requests and help maintain merchandising standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support photo shoot planning, organization, and project coordination. Consumer Insights & Market Research
  • Gather and analyze consumer feedback, industry trends, and market data.
  • Assist with survey development and administration using consumer research tools.
  • Compile findings into recurring consumer insights reports for marketing and business leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and brand awareness. Marketing Team Support
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Marketing Manager.
  • Provide project updates during team meetings and collaborate on key departmental initiatives.
  • Assist with vendor and partnership coordination.
  • Support execution of current-year marketing programs and planning for future campaigns.
  • Perform additional marketing and communications projects as assigned.
  • Support with event planning, coordination, and including ordering supplies. Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze information and identify key insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with graphic design, social media, survey tools, or content management platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. What You'll Gain
