Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing essential support to the sales and marketing team at the assigned community. This position assists in supporting the sales pipeline, lead follow-up activities and move-in coordination, and ensures all administrative, marketing and communication tasks are executed in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Function:
The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other duties may be assigned and considered essential functions of the position: Assists with CRM data entry and upkeep using WelcomeHome. Tracks lead activity, schedules follow-ups, and ensures the team has accurate, timely sales reports and updates. Prepares and organizes all necessary documentation for prospective residents, coordinates with internal departments to ensure readiness, and tracks all pre-move-in and move-in milestones. Maintains organized and current records and files. Prepares contracts, welcome packets, meeting materials, and marketing collateral. Manages calendars and schedules for the sales team. Fields calls, greets guests, and provides preliminary information about the community. Ensures communications are courteous, informative, and consistent with Front Porch standards. Assists in planning, promoting, and facilitating internal and external events that support lead generation and community outreach. Prepares RSVP lists, materials, and coordinates logistics as needed. Maintains current and well-stocked Sales and Marketing Materials, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Serves as a liaison between the sales team and departments such as Environmental Services and Maintenance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for incoming residents.     Project Management:
    Demonstrated project management skills. Effectively manages to project deadlines and escalates issues as appropriate.
    Education or Equivalent Qualifications Essential:
    High School Diploma/General - I year of administrative support in a sales, hospitality, or senior living setting
