Full-time Required Skills AI proficiency: Practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar platforms for content creation, research, campaign development, and workflow efficiency. Must be able to write effective prompts, refine outputs, verify accuracy, and protect confidential information.
Paid advertising:
Hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads, including targeting, budgets, creative testing, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
Strong work ethic:
Consistent reliability, punctuality, accountability, and follow-through. Ability to meet deadlines, communicate obstacles early, and complete work with minimal supervision.
Social media management:
Experience planning, publishing, monitoring, and improving content across social platforms.
Graphic design:
Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable design tools.
Video content:
Ability to create and edit short-form videos for social media, including captions, basic transitions, and branded graphics. Including generating videos with AI.
Website management:
Proficiency in web design, development, and routine website updates, with attention to responsiveness, accessibility, and user experience.
Communication:
Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Organization:
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize projects with competing deadlines.

Brand consistency:
A strong eye for design and the ability to apply established brand standards across marketing materials. Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation Develop graphics, videos, captions, and other content aligned with our marketing strategy and brand voice. Create and maintain a social media content calendar. Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across company accounts. Respond professionally to reviews, direct messages, and comments. Execute daily and weekly engagement activities. Monitor performance and report on engagement, audience growth, website traffic, and leads. Research and test content approaches that attract relevant audiences and support business growth. Paid Advertising Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google. Develop ad copy, graphics, and video creative tailored to campaign goals. Monitor approved budgets, targeting, placements, and campaign performance. Test creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve results. Track metrics such as click-through rate, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend where measurable. Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs. Prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations. AI & Marketing Efficiency Use AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, research, repurposing, and campaign planning. Develop reusable prompts and workflows that improve efficiency while maintaining quality. Review all AI-assisted work for accuracy, originality, brand alignment, and appropriateness before publication. Identify practical opportunities to streamline repetitive marketing tasks. Website Management Develop and maintain web pages optimized for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness. Manage updates across company websites. Create and publish blog content. Clone, customize, and maintain lead-generation pages for healthcare advisors. Implement design and content improvements that enhance user experience and support conversions. Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with technical support when needed. Email Marketing Assist in developing and executing email campaigns using Mailchimp. Help create our monthly member newsletter and biweekly healthcare advisor newsletter. Review copy, formatting, links, and audience selections before sending. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to engagement and conversions. General Marketing Support Support marketing campaigns from concept through execution and performance review. Research competitors and identify actionable opportunities to strengthen our marketing. Create brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other branded materials. Coordinate deliverables, track deadlines, and communicate project progress. Assist the steering committee with research, data analysis, and report preparation. Perform other duties as assigned.
