Paid Marketing & Studio Management Intern (Part-Time)

New Jersey (In-Person & Remote) Pilates Please is looking for a motivated, organized, and outgoing Marketing & Studio Management Intern to join our Pilates studio. This is a great opportunity for a college student or recent graduate interested in marketing, social media, business, fitness, or wellness. As part of our team, you'll help create an exceptional client experience while supporting studio operations, marketing, and community events. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and assist clients with scheduling and general inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach Help coordinate studio events, workshops, and promotions Help support the day-to-day operations of the studio Provide outstanding customer service Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using social media platforms Self-motivated and able to work independently Friendly, professional, and eager to learn Interest in fitness, wellness, marketing, or small business Customer service experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay (based on experience) Flexible part-time schedule Hands-on experience in marketing, business operations, and event planning Mentorship in a growing wellness business Opportunity for future growth within the company If you're creative, proactive, and excited to grow with a boutique Pilates studio, we'd love to hear from you!
