Job Description

Job Overview:
The Marketing Assistant and Project Manager is a
FANTASTIC
opportunity for the individual looking to begin or continue their career in marketing. ThinkBig Sites is seeking an individual that has an understanding of the principles of marketing and could apply those principles to various projects and clients. The position will engage with clients and follow the lead of the Marketing Director. Opportunities will include exposure to Google Ads, Klavio, Shopify, design, content, social media, website development, and any other duty as assigned. A variety of experiences would be gained in this position. Flexibility for a hybrid work-from-home and office environment, available after 30 days based on performance (in office 80% and home office 20%)
Duties:
  • Client and customer engagements related to projects
  • General understanding of web development and design techniques
  • Project management techniques for new and existing deliverables
  • Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to product management activities, including market research and competitor analysis
  • Help with budgeting tasks to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Contribute to content marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Support email marketing campaigns by creating and scheduling email content
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance
  • Manage social media postings for various clients
Requirements:
  • Study Marketing or Bachelor's degree, Business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact
