Job Description

Blaze Robotics Academy is the premier K-12 robotics and STEM education provider in the Greater Seattle area. Our students have earned top awards at State and World Championships, and our programs are led by certified instructors with extensive experience in robotics and STEM education. We offer after-school classes, workshops, and competition coaching that empower students to build, think, and lead. Blaze Robotics Academy is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and drive the marketing and promotion of our STEM education programs and robotics competitions.

This position offers international students the opportunity to gain CPT/OPT-eligible practical training in marketing and communications while contributing to a meaningful educational mission. This role has potential for promotion to a long-term or full-time position based on performance and organizational needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and digital content Own social media platforms, website updates, and promotional materials Drive photo and video content strategy for events and classes Spearhead outreach and community engagement efforts Monitor marketing analytics and use insights to shape strategy and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications A demonstrated portfolio of marketing ideas or projects — campaigns, content, social media, coursework, or personal work Genuine passion for marketing and branding, with an eye on current trends Comfortable taking initiative and ownership with minimal supervision Strong communication and organizational skills Familiar with social media and digital marketing tools Passion for education or technology is a plus

Part-time (10-30 hours/week)
