ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Marketing Strategy & Traffic Generation Own the retail marketing strategy across TravisMathew's 65+ door retail fleet, developing programs that increase traffic, engagement and sales. Create innovative marketing initiatives that give consumers compelling reasons to visit stores beyond promotional events. Identify new opportunities for partnerships, local marketing, community engagement and experiential activations. Develop scalable retail marketing programs that can be adapted by market and store tier. Translate seasonal brand campaigns into impactful retail experiences. Retail Brand Experience Champion a best-in-class in-store brand experience that reflects TravisMathew's brand identity. Partner with Creative to develop compelling windows, visual storytelling, signage and retail environments. Ensure every customer touchpoint, from storefront to fitting room, reinforces seasonal campaigns and product stories. Collaborate with Retail Design to evolve store environments that inspire discovery and increase conversion. Retail Marketing Operations & Execution Own the end-to-end execution of TravisMathew's seasonal retail marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, activations and store communications launch on time and at the highest level of quality. Lead the cross-functional planning process for retail marketing initiatives, aligning Creative, Brand, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Paid Media, Events, Social and Merchandising teams around key milestones and deliverables. Develop clear project plans, timelines and workflows that enable flawless execution across all retail locations. Partner closely with Creative to ensure retail assets—including windows, signage, fixtures, product storytelling and training materials—are delivered on schedule and aligned with the broader brand vision. Establish operational processes that improve speed, consistency and scalability across retail marketing initiatives. Prioritize competing initiatives while balancing long-term strategic projects with day-to-day business needs. Ensure stores receive the tools, communications and marketing support needed to execute seasonal campaigns successfully. Continuously evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration and execution across the organization. Cross Functional Marketing Leadership Partner with Brand Marketing to bring seasonal campaigns into retail. Collaborate with Paid Media to develop localized traffic-driving campaigns. Partner with Organic Social, Influencer and PR teams to amplify retail moments. Work closely with Events to create retail activations surrounding openings, launches and community events. Align with Merchandising to maximize storytelling and product presentation. Team Leadership & Performance Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Retail Marketing team. Manage annual marketing and activation budgets. Measure and communicate program effectiveness through traffic, sales lift, engagement and ROI. Continuously test, learn and optimize retail marketing initiatives.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
