The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for helping the IMS marketing team deliver on their initiatives across various channels, to engage with customers and partners, and measure results to inform future initiatives. Key responsibilities of the role include: Own the IMS portion of our Marketing Automation Platforms and any integrations with other parts of the tech stack Produce campaign elements and manage external communications including: Event registration pages, invites, reminders and thank you emails Webinar invites, reminders and thank you emails Gated content Customer newsletters Internal communications (sales newsletters, win wires, product updates) QA all campaign elements, peer review, get stakeholder approval and publish/deploy finalized campaign elements Manage agency relationships with marketing platform vendors and project manage any work handed off to agency partners Scrub and import contact lists from external sources such as content syndication and events Present monthly reports including webinar results, email metrics, asset views/downloads Manage lead routing
Requirements:
Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is
USD 104,100.00
To
USD 166,500.00
