Job Description
Delta Health is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing, communications, branding, and patient experience initiatives. This leadership role will develop and execute strategic marketing plans that increase awareness of Delta Health's services, strengthen community relationships, support organizational growth, and enhance our reputation as a trusted healthcare provider. The Marketing Director will also lead Delta Health's Patient Experience Program , partnering with clinical and operational leaders to improve the patient journey, increase satisfaction, strengthen employee engagement, and promote a culture of exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Lead marketing, communications, branding, public relations, digital marketing, and community outreach. Develop and manage marketing campaigns, website content, social media, SEO, and media initiatives. Support provider recruitment, new services, strategic initiatives, and organizational growth. Lead patient experience and service excellence initiatives. Monitor patient satisfaction data and develop strategies for improvement. Partner with leaders on service recovery, patient rounding, employee engagement, and recognition programs. Lead internal communications, employee campaigns, and culture initiatives. Manage departmental goals, performance metrics, projects, and budget. Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership, physicians, and department leaders. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; master's preferred. Previous hospital/healthcare experience required. At least 3 years of marketing, community engagement, outreach, or related experience preferred. Experience with digital marketing, social media, website management, and analytics. Experience with patient experience or satisfaction programs; knowledge of Press Ganey, HCAHPS, or CMS quality measures preferred. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong project management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
