About the Role We're looking for a Content & Brand Strategy Manager to be the connective tissue across our brands and teams—a rare mix of right brain and left brain. You're a sharp writer with strong editorial instincts and a process-oriented operator who turns strategy into high-quality work. Reporting to the Brand Director, who sets the brand vision, strategy, and positioning end-to-end, you'll be the operator who brings it to life across every brand and channel. You're also our go-to person for getting big cross-functional projects done—reliably and on time. What You'll Own The content engine. Keep the editorial calendar running smoothly across brands, manage the freelance writer roster, and balance quality against deadlines. Customer insights. Monitor the voice of our customer—NPS and customer feedback, and personas by brand—translate what you learn into content priorities, and report those insights back to the brand team. Measurement and continuous improvement. Track how content and campaigns perform, dig into the data, run quick post-launch retros to sharpen the process, and share clear takeaways and recommendations with the Brand Director and cross-functional partners. What You'll Drive Editorial across all brands. The Brand Director sets editorial strategy; you run the engine end to end—assign and edit work, human-proof and sharpen AI-drafted articles, source imagery, execute SEO, and make sure everything we publish is accurate, on-brand, and built to rank. Brand voice and copy quality. The Brand Director owns voice strategy; you keep every brand on-voice at scale—giving clear creative direction, overseeing copywriters and freelancers, writing copy yourself when it's needed, and keeping our brand-voice AI (Claude) skills current so the guidelines are baked into the tools the whole team uses. Influencer marketing execution. The Brand Director owns influencer strategy; you own all execution—coordinating partners and shoots, distributing assets across organic, paid, and mutual channels, and driving promotion. Program management for any new initiative. Once the Brand Director sets the strategy, you take the priority of the sprint and get it done—whether that's an SEO push, executing a brand campaign, running an event (digital or otherwise), or a launch we haven't dreamed up yet. You're the person who just gets things done, well and on time. Cross-functional GTM execution. Be the glue across marketing, creative, merchandising, and web so every launch task lands on time. Brief CRM, paid, and social so every channel tells one consistent story, orchestrate campaigns end to end, and make sure nothing slips—the shoot happens, the assets get distributed, the editorial feature gets written, and the whole thing gets promoted. We Are Looking for People Who Have 5-8 years of experience spanning content/editorial and brand marketing, including hands-on SEO (keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content planning) and managing a copywriter or freelance roster. Bring genuinely balanced analytical and copywriting skills—you can dig into performance data, NPS, and customer insights to build personas and set priorities, and write a headline that actually converts. Are deeply process-oriented program managers—organized, detail-obsessed, and great at taking a strategy and running it to done across cross-functional teams. Have sharp editorial judgment, can give clear and constructive creative direction, and can write briefs that align CRM, paid, social, and creative around one message. Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next. Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold yourself to a high bar. Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done. Bonus points if you also have experience in home, retail, a multi-brand environment , or with content and SEO platforms —plus a portfolio of copy or content you're proud of. At Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.
