Job Responsibilities Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in fiber internet. Communicate with customers professionally and explain available services. Educate customers about fiber plans, pricing, and promotions using accurate information. Follow up with interested customers and assist with the sales process. Submit sales and customer information accurately through approved systems. Meet daily activity and performance goals. Complete daily sales reports and track customer interactions. Attend team meetings and training sessions. Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer privacy requirements. Day-to-Day Tasks Check in and review daily assignments and sales goals. Review current fiber plans and promotions. Contact potential customers and generate leads at assigned locations. Follow up with interested customers. Assist customers with questions and the sales process. Submit sales through approved systems. Report daily progress, leads, and sales to management. Complete end-of-day reporting. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently. Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge. Comfortable using tablets, iPads, and basic technology. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Interest in developing entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
