Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Technology & AI Automation Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives and drive marketing and automation strategies across our technology infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of cutting-edge AI solutions and automation processes that enhance operational efficiency, marketing, and scalability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our technology landscape while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver impactful solutions. This role is designed for a tech-savvy professional ready to take the next step. Essential Functions 1. Support day-to-day IT operations, including systems, networks, and data security. 2. Identify, implement, and manage AI tools and automation across departments. 3. Build and manage AI agent workflows for inbound and outbound marketing outreach. 4. Train and support staff in the use of new technology and AI tools. 5. Measure, report on, and improve the performance of marketing, IT, and AI solutions. Duties & Responsibilities Technology Maintain institutional systems (SIS, CRM, LMS) and ensure they are connected and functioning reliably. Follow and help enforce data security and privacy practices, including for AI tool use. Coordinate with vendors and technical support to resolve issues. Maintain an inventory of active AI tools and their uses. Support technology budget planning. AI Implementation Assess department workflows with department leaders to identify automation opportunities. Research, configure, and test AI tools from pilot through full rollout. Monitor AI performance and refine prompts, scripts, and workflows. Develop training materials and lead staff onboarding sessions. Marketing Assist in managing marketing efforts to ensure desired results. Deploy AI-driven surveys to gather student and prospect feedback. Use AI tools to support marketing initiatives and website content. Work with the senior management to align AI automation efforts with marketing goals. Ensure technology, AI practices, and AI-generated content meet applicable regulatory requirements and FEI brand standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, marketing automation, digital marketing, or a business analyst role. Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms preferred. Strong writing and content sense for student-facing communication. Clear communicator who explains technology in plain language. Effective trainer for staff at all comfort levels. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Takes initiative and has demonstrated collaboration skills
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
