Job Description

Job description MedGyn Products, a rapidly growing women's health medical device company, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and manage all marketing activities from tradeshow planning and execution, email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, newsletters, new product launches, website management and analytics. The ideal candidate will own overall marketing strategy and execution and work closely with our graphic designer to develop content for the organization. This candidate would work closely with the leadership team to implement strategies across print material and digital platforms. The individual must be eager to leverage the latest advancements in digital marketing, have a solid work ethic and a genuine commitment to learning about women's health. This is a full-time on-site role in Westmont, IL with a comprehensive, competitive, benefits package as well as additional career development opportunities. The team has an entrepreneurial culture with a legacy brand in women's health spanning over 50 years.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing marketing research in women's health to track relevant clinical and market developments and translate them into product positioning and messaging. Develop and drive marketing initiatives that increase engagement across digital platforms and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Plan and execute the company's tradeshow presence, including booth logistics, materials Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation tools; own the editorial and content calendar. Manage social media strategy and campaigns across all company channels. Own website management, SEO, and analytics reporting (e.g., Google Analytics), and use data to guide decisions. Lead marketing plans for new product launches in partnership with leadership and sales. Partner with the leadership team on brand positioning, messaging, and digital analytics. Directly manage the graphic designer, overseeing production of digital and print creative. Develop the annual marketing plan and budget with upper management, and report against key performance metrics. Performance in this role will be evaluated in part on: Qualified lead volume generated for the sales team Digital engagement and website traffic/conversion trends Tradeshow leads captured and campaign ROI On-time execution of new product launch marketing plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar marketing capacity; healthcare, medical device, or other regulated-industry experience preferred. Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS/blog platform. Hands-on experience planning and running social media campaigns. Familiarity with email marketing/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) Working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO fundamentals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic, self-starter, and open to new ideas with solid problem-solving skills.
Pay:
$62,042.16 - $74,717.44 per year
