Job Description

DataVizion is looking for its next Marketing and Events Manager to own our marketing programs end-to-end: events people remember, a HubSpot engine that runs clean, MDF dollars that get fully used, and content that helps our sales team win. Once a program is scoped, it is yours to run. We are not hiring a task-doer. This is a growth role by design. You will receive structured mentorship toward Director-level marketing ownership as your strategic capability develops. If you have been waiting for a company to invest in your leadership trajectory instead of just your output, this is that opportunity.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Events and sponsorships. Every aspect, end-to-end: logistics, pre-event and post-event communications, serving as the onsite point of contact, and reporting on outcomes. When DataVizion shows up somewhere, you make it happen. HubSpot administration. Manage the platform, workflows, reporting, and data hygiene independently. You keep the engine clean and running. MDF planning. Own market development fund submissions, tracking, and reconciliation against approved spend. Content and collateral. Produce brochures, one-pagers, customer case studies, social content, and slides, using DataVizion's Messaging House and brand framework as your foundation. Cross-functional coordination. Work directly with Sales, Operations, and subject matter experts to provide real sales enablement support, not just deliverables tossed over the wall.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required) 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical, IT, or professional services environment Hands-on marketing automation experience (required); HubSpot experience is strongly preferred A track record of managing multiple priorities and running programs end to end, with the judgment to work independently once a program is scoped Confidence in front of sales teams and customer-facing stakeholders Content production experience: collateral, social, sales enablement materials, and case studies Willingness to travel to hosted events in Nebraska and Iowa
LOCATION
Lincoln, NE or Des Moines, IA. This role involves occasional travel to hosted event sites across the region.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Flexible work schedule Unlimited PTO Health, Vision, Dental, and Supplemental Insurance Plans HSA (including monthly employer contributions) Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account 401k profit-sharing plan Employee Assistance Program Services Professional development opportunities Team celebrations
