Job Description

Position Overview Digital Artistry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Operations & Marketing Manager to support both the CEO and SVP of Marketing. This role combines executive operations, leadership support, marketing coordination, and project management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable thinking both strategically and operationally. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination across leadership, marketing initiatives, client deliverables, internal operations, and executive communications. This is a high-impact role for someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and excited to work closely with leadership while helping keep the business organized, aligned, and moving forward.

$70,000-$80,000 base, depending on experience
Location:
Full-time onsite, Hackensack, NJ Key Responsibilities Executive & Leadership Support Serve as a strategic right hand to the CEO and SVP of Marketing Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, and priorities Coordinate leadership initiatives and company-wide projects Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups Support executive communications and correspondence Track key deliverables, deadlines, and accountability across teams Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and operational support Help maintain organization across leadership workflows and decision-making processes Marketing Management & Coordination Support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns and timelines Coordinate with creative, content, social media, and paid advertising teams Manage campaign calendars, approvals, and deliverables Organize production schedules, shoots, and influencer collaborations Track campaign reporting and performance metrics Ensure projects stay aligned with brand and client objectives Support brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions Assist with client communication and project coordination as needed Operations & Project Management Maintain organized systems, workflows, and internal documentation Improve internal processes and communication efficiency Coordinate across departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects Help oversee special projects from planning through completion Anticipate leadership needs and proactively solve problems before they arise Qualifications 4+ years of experience in executive support, operations, marketing coordination, project management, or related roles Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage confidential information Strong attention to detail and follow-through Familiarity with marketing workflows, content production, and digital campaigns is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication tools Ideal Candidate Highly organized and proactive Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities Strong communicator who can work across teams and leadership levels Solutions-oriented with strong follow-through Excited by fast-moving environments and helping businesses grow
