We're looking for an experienced AI/Automation Manager who thrives on building systems, leading technical teams, and driving operational efficiency through automation.ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI/Automation Manager is responsible for leading our automation department, managing automation specialists, and ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects that improve both internal operations and client services. You'll oversee automation requests from intake through completion, prioritize projects, maintain documentation standards, improve system reliability, and collaborate with department leaders to identify new opportunities for automation. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with team management and process improvement. This is a U.S- based, in-office first leadership role with hybrid flexibility:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and hold the AI/Automation team accountable for performance and results. Manage the automation backlog by prioritizing projects, support requests, and deadlines. Oversee the successful delivery of automation initiatives from planning through implementation. Ensure automation systems are reliable, scalable, well-tested, and properly documented. Continuously improve internal processes, automation standards, and operational efficiency. Manage and support Facebook, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel (GHL) automation tickets and related technical requests. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required) Automation certifications or advanced technical training Experience implementing AI solutions within business operations Experience working in an EOS® organization is a plusWHO YOU ARE
