Know You Made a Difference Today MMI currently has an opening for a Digital Advertising Manager (Performance Marketing Manager) in our Marketing team. MMI is changing the way financial challenges are solved. You can be a part of facilitating that change. What will you do as our Performance Marketing Manager? The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for executing, analyzing, and optimizing full-funnel paid marketing campaigns that help MMI reach consumers struggling with personal debt. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, hands-on marketer who is comfortable operating on a small team moving quickly and effectively. Manage day-to-day performance of paid media channels for full-funnel campaigns, including campaign briefs, creative development, trafficking, pacing, budget allocation, optimization, and ongoing monitoring across acquisition and nurture campaigns.

Partner closely with MMI's paid media agency to support campaign strategy, execution, performance reviews, testing plans, reporting, and recommendations that improve channel efficiency and return on investment.

Use campaign performance data to refine audience engagement, messaging, bidding, creative, landing experiences, and media mix based on cost, conversion quality and ROI.Independently identify, evaluate, test, and scale campaigns including new paid media platforms, affiliate placements, and customer targeting opportunities that align with MMI's growth goals and audience needs.

Develop, create, traffic, and QA assets and campaign materials to ensure accuracy, compliance review, and ready for launch. • The ideal candidate should possess the following: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Related experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. • 5+ years of hands-on digital ad marketing experience including managing creative and technical professionals and agencies.
