Job Description

GOAL OF NEW POSITION
To create, organize, maintain and manage current content, image and video assets and processes to help streamline and improve company's business goals and productivity as related to online retailer site presentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES
Create item asset alignment on manufacturer platform or company's internal servers - manage order in which images and/or videos should appear on all retailer sites. Learn manufacturer brand requirements and ensure brand consistency as directed. Directly communicate with manufacturer ecommerce and creative teams to manage asset status and availability. Use automated product information system product change reports to ensure optimized assets are readily available to account teams. Communicate to individual retailer account teams when content changes need to be implemented on various retail sites. Provide service by oneself of revising and reformatting digital assets to ensure best onsite presentation as needed. Efficiency in excel to maintain accurate records and tracking systems for workflow/reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal company account managers on new item setup timing/new product launch dates to ensure proper launch execution. Ensure Data Quality Integrity is met on all work completed. Site auditing by oneself to ensure submissions are populating as needed. Reporting and auditing work by oneself to ensure images, demos and videos are active and correct. Continued effort to learn new processes and systems quickly. Stay current on business latest developments/best practices. Other related duties as assigned by company.
Skills Required:
5+ years' experience with online data management. Strong level of Excel - Experience with macros and formulas. Experience with product master data and/or experience and functional knowledge of systems within the business that would be (generating a quote, account management, asset management, product mangement). Experience in online vendor portals is a bonus. Experience in any retail setting is a bonus. The ability to make logical decisions in a timely manner. Strong professionalism in all business communications.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
