Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager New U Women's Clinic & Aesthetics•Kennewick, WA $28•32 per hour, depending on experience Full-time | Onsite About the Role New U Women's Clinic & Aesthetics is looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to help us reach more patients and drive measurable growth across women's health, hormone management, aesthetics, medical weight loss, wellness, and advanced treatments. This is a hands-on growth marketing role for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. You'll help develop campaigns, generate qualified leads, improve conversion, analyze performance, and turn great marketing ideas into booked appointments and new patients. If you know how to build campaigns, understand what the numbers are telling you, improve what isn't working, and move quickly from idea to execution, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Plan, launch, manage, and optimize patient acquisition campaigns Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Develop digital and social media strategies that generate patient demand Create campaign concepts, offers, messaging, ad copy, and calls to action Help develop and optimize landing pages Track leads from initial inquiry through booked appointment Monitor key marketing metrics including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI Help improve lead nurturing, follow-up, and appointment conversion Coordinate marketing initiatives with leadership and external partners Support events, referral campaigns, promotions, and local growth initiatives Use AI and modern marketing technology to improve speed, creativity, and performance Bring new growth ideas to the table and take ownership of moving them forward What We're Looking For Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, or a related field Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition and social media marketing Ability to understand marketing data and make decisions based on performance Strong copywriting and communication skills Creative instincts paired with a results-driven mindset Comfortable using AI and modern marketing tools Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects Able to move quickly, solve problems, and continuously improve Professional and aligned with a premium healthcare and aesthetics brand Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required: Healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, fitness, or luxury brands Cash-pay healthcare or consumer healthcare marketing Landing page optimization CRM, email, or SMS marketing Marketing automation Lead nurturing and conversion Local or multi-location marketing We care more about your ability to think, execute, learn, and produce results than checking every box on a traditional marketing résumé.
