What you´ll do Manage new item requests, activities and dependencies from creation to production ready Innovation system management of specific data and timeliness Responsible for high-quality requests and efficient item runtime for established KPI's. Confirm request submission is in line with launch timelines and project plan. Verify request data with regional partners prior to submission to global business solutions team. Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams to meet on time completion, identify and participate in solutions for bottlenecks, and best practices. Maintain tracking system and assist in portfolio management, including item trackers, active items, items in transitions, and future initiatives. Maintain team owned process and supporting documents and roll outs. What makes you a good fit BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering) within the CPG industry or equivalent business/technical experience. Problem solving, time management and prioritization Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills 1-2 years of experience in consumer products marketing, project management/ coordination, or supply chain SAP or other database experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in fast paced environment with changing priorities, highly adaptable. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Some benefits of joining
