Position Summary Assist the Ticket Operations staff with the daily responsibilities of managing ticket sales, customer service, and event-related ticketing operations. Duties and Principal Responsibilities Selling and scanning tickets. Assisting patrons with ticketing inquiries. Operating ticketing software and point-of-sale systems. Supporting game day ticket operations. Reconciling sales transactions. Working weekends as needed. Education Requirements LIU student enrolled in an active degree program. Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience Excellent work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Period of Employment September 1, 2026 - May 30, 2027 Evaluation Student workers will be evaluated monthly and provided updates on their progression throughout the role.
