The Senior Marketing Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to help ensure projects are completed on time, messaging is aligned with organizational goals, and communications are effective and audience-focused. The ideal candidate combines strong writing, project coordination, and content development skills with the ability to analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements that strengthen audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, COMPETENCIESAND EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and demonstrate the following:- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content management, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with experience creating audience-focused content across digital and print platforms
- Experience managing websites (WordPress), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), and organizational social media channels
- Demonstrated ability to analyze website, email, and social media performance metrics and translate insights into recommendations that improve audience engagement, user experience, and content effectiveness
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholder requests, and cross-functional projects
- Ability to evaluate communications requests, identify audience needs and objectives, and recommend effective marketing and communications approaches
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus
- Experience working in nonprofits, managed care, community-based services, or organizations serving Medicare, Medicaid, or dual-eligible populations is preferred.
