With distribution across major retailers like Costco, Walmart, and leading foodservice partners, we are building a next-generation snack brand rooted in innovation, convenience, and fun. About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Growth Associate to support day-to-day operations, sales execution, and growth initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will work directly with leadership and gain exposure across retail, operations, logistics, and marketing. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a CPG business runs end-to-end and grow quickly within a startup environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Retail Execution Support retail operations across Costco, Walmart, and other key accounts Assist with roadshow planning, execution, and performance tracking Coordinate with brokers, distributors (e.g., DOT Foods, KeHE), and retail partners 2. Operations & Logistics Help manage inventory, purchase orders, and fulfillment processes Coordinate with 3PL warehouses and logistics partners Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery 3. Data & Reporting Analyze sales performance (e.g., per location/week, SKU performance) Build and maintain reporting dashboards for internal and retail use Support forecasting and demand planning 4. Marketing & Growth Assist with TikTok, influencer outreach, and content coordination Support trade shows (Expo West, Fancy Food, etc.) and in-store demos Help execute marketing campaigns and brand activations 5. Special Projects Work directly with leadership on strategic initiatives Support new product launches, retailer pitches, and expansion opportunities Take ownership of ad hoc projects across the business Qualifications 0-3 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome) Strong work ethic and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" Highly organized with strong attention to detail Analytical mindset with basic Excel / Google Sheets skills Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Interest in startups, CPG, retail, or eCommerce What Success Looks Like Operations run smoothly with minimal errors or delays Retail execution improves (better roadshow performance, stronger sell-through) Data-driven insights help guide decision-making You take ownership and proactively solve problems Why Join Tastelli Work directly with the CEO, COO, and leadership team Exposure to major retailers Fast-paced learning environment with real responsibility Gain hands on experience helping scaling an early stage CPG startup
