Full Job Description Essential Functions:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships as you handle customer service inquiries, concerns, and issues. Utilizing your human resources skills forecast staffing needs, then develop and execute recruiting strategies that will meet and exceed our customer's needs. Participate in partnership reviews with our customer, ensuring quality and continuous improvement. Monitor and report on key performance indicators Ensure the safety and well-being of all temporary employees including safety training/audits, issuance of PPE, and OSHA compliance Serve as a liaison between the customer and our employees and investigate and document any matters that require intervention. Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders. Administer daily time edits for Skillset employees. Conduct employee check in's for new associates and current associates

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

Bilingual English/Spanish required Previous experience as an Onsite Staffing Specialist as well as in Human Resources or other related fields Previous experience in recruiting for industrial positions such as warehouse general labor and forklift positions Experience in conflict resolution Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all employees Payroll and timekeeping experience Client reporting / MS Office/Excel Strong leadership qualities
