Depending on Experience Black Clover is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Content Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life across email, social media, and other customer touchpoints. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes both the creative and strategic sides of marketing. You'll work within the broader direction of our marketing team, but we don't want someone who needs to be told exactly what to do every step of the way. We're looking for someone who can understand the goal, contribute ideas for how to get there, and then execute. You'll help plan campaigns, develop content, write copy, manage email and social channels, communicate with customers, and keep the details moving behind the scenes. And if you understand golf—not just the game, but the culture surrounding it—that's a big plus.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Help develop and execute email and social media strategies that support Black Clover's broader marketing goals Own the day-to-day execution of our email marketing program, including campaign planning, copywriting, creative coordination, building, testing, scheduling, and deployment Help develop social content calendars and identify opportunities for relevant, engaging content Create and publish social content, including writing copy, selecting imagery, coordinating assets, and scheduling posts Contribute ideas for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives—and help turn those ideas into executable plans Maintain a consistent Black Clover voice and visual identity across customer-facing communication Manage day-to-day community engagement across social channels, including comments and direct messages Respond to and coordinate select customer communications Help identify opportunities to improve engagement, grow our audience, and strengthen our relationship with customers Review email, social, and campaign performance and use those insights to improve future work Coordinate creative assets and keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward Work with photographers, designers, athletes, partners, and other contributors as needed Assist with website content, product updates, and other digital marketing initiatives Own the details and follow-through that turn good ideas into finished workWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2-4
years of experience in marketing, content, social media, email marketing, communications, or a related role Strong writing and communication skills A good visual eye and strong instincts for what feels polished, current, and on-brand Hands-on experience creating and managing content for Instagram and other social platforms Experience with email marketing platforms; Klaviyo experience is a plus An understanding of email and social strategy—not just how to build and publish content Ability to look at performance data and use it to make better marketing decisions Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Able to take strategic direction and translate it into an actionable plan Comfortable bringing ideas to the table rather than simply waiting for assignments Resourceful, curious, and willing to figure things out Experience or genuine interest in golf, apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plusWHO YOU ARE
You're equal parts creative and organized. You can write a great email or caption, but you also think about why you're sending it, who you're trying to reach, and what you want them to do next. You don't need someone to hand you a fully developed plan. Give you the objective and some direction, and you can help figure out how to get there. You bring ideas to the table, but you're also comfortable receiving feedback and working within a larger strategy. And you care about the details. You notice the broken link, the awkward sentence, the image that doesn't quite work, or the follow-up that hasn't happened yet. Most importantly, you're someone who can be trusted to take ownership and get things done.WHY BLACK CLOVER
Black Clover is a golf and lifestyle brand built around great product, a recognizable identity, and a community that believes in living life with a little more positivity. This role gives you the opportunity to work across multiple areas of marketing and have a real hand in how the brand shows up to our customers. You'll have direction and support, but you'll also have room to think, contribute, experiment, and take ownership of your work. For someone who has developed a solid marketing foundation and is ready for more responsibility, this is an opportunity to take the next step.TO APPLY
Please submit your resume along with examples of your work .
