This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms while supporting the firm's lead generation and brand awareness goals. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys digging into performance data, testing new ideas, and finding ways to improve results. They should be comfortable working in an environment where technology, platforms, and priorities continue to evolve, and be willing to contribute to other digital marketing initiatives when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their digital marketing skills while making a meaningful impact on the business. Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch paid ad campaigns across the chosen platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok, and potentially other digital outlets.
- Manage daily and monthly budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing to maximize leads and ensure campaigns remain cost-efficient while hitting conversion goals.
- Implement targeting options across different platforms, including location, demographics, interests, and behavior-based targeting.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to test different creative formats, placements, and messaging, and optimize for better performance.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using in-platform analytics, CRM data, and other business intelligence sources to evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, cost efficiency, and return on investment.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to drive the overall contribution to both lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform rules, industry regulations, and brand standards.
- Demonstrate a hands-on, problem-solving mindset by stepping in where needed to support marketing operations, improve processes, and help the team achieve business objectives beyond paid media management. Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, lead generation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or similar advertising channels.
- Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other campaign KPIs.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, or similar platforms to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and areas of digital marketing.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where priorities may evolve and team members contribute across multiple marketing initiatives.
- Experience in professional services, legal, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience, certifications, and demonstrated skills will also be considered.
- Experience working within an in-house marketing team is strongly preferred.
