Location:
Chandler, AZ (2700 S Price Rd) Contract Assignment Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, or related disciplines. 4+ years of experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs. 4+ years of experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile product delivery methodologies. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, business stakeholders, and operations. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and product challenges. Experience translating business requirements into actionable product roadmaps and user stories. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries. About the Role As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of digital products that support business and customer objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions. You will balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to drive successful product outcomes. Responsibilities Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and customer needs. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ongoing prioritization activities to ensure efficient delivery. Analyze complex business problems and identify scalable digital solutions. Gather, document, and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions and measure success. Drive alignment across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams throughout the product lifecycle. Manage competing priorities and make informed trade-off decisions to maximize business value. Support product launches and continuous improvements through performance monitoring and stakeholder feedback. Ensure products meet applicable regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
