Job Description

We are looking for a Product and Innovation Analyst, based in Florida, who is passionate about identifying growth opportunities and turning them into successful value propositions for the market. This position will be responsible for leading the development, optimization, and innovation of our portfolio, ensuring that each initiative addresses consumer needs, market trends, and the company's strategic objectives. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying consumer trends, analyzing portfolio performance, developing new products and line extensions, and devising innovation strategies that drive the sustainable growth of our brands. Additionally, they will collaborate across departments—including Marketing, Sales, and Operations—and with external partners to ensure the successful execution of each project, from conceptualization through market launch. We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and results-oriented candidate with the ability to interpret market information, generate actionable insights, and lead initiatives that strengthen the company's competitiveness and differentiation.
Key Requirements:
A college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in product development, innovation, portfolio management, or category management, preferably in the consumer goods, food, or beverage industries. Proven experience in new product development (NPD) and packaging management. Knowledge of market analysis, consumer trends, portfolio profitability, and category management. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
