Who We're Looking For We are looking for a talented and motivated Apparel Assistant Product Manager to support assortment development and contribute to our continued growth. This position is based in our Minnetonka, Minnesota office and is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who is excited to support the Product Development team in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Create purchase orders and manage day-to-day coordination with factory partners.
• Maintain technical tracking spreadsheets and provide support to buyers throughout the product development process.
• Oversee labeling, hangtags, and packaging details to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Manage incoming showroom and production samples to help ensure consistent product quality.
• Partner with factories to support clear communication and efficient execution during sampling and production.
• Build strong relationships with current manufacturing vendors and external partners. What You'll Bring
• 1-3 years of experience in product development or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and an understanding of the apparel product lifecycle and development timelines.
• Knowledge of the apparel industry and awareness of current market trends.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A positive, can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• The ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
