This global role is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of our Electrostatics product portfolio. This role will drive multigenerational product strategies, align cross-functional teams, and translate customer insights into innovative electrostatic solutions that deliver market growth, share gain and profitability. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management Lead strategic, multigenerational product planning, managing performance across the full product lifecycle from concept through sunset Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with market trends, electrostatic technology advancements, and business objectives Manage key product portfolios, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and financial performance Streamline and rationalize SKU portfolios to improve cost efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance profitability Market & Customer Focus Translate customer needs and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into actionable product features and innovations specific to electrostatic applications Incorporate global VOC feedback using Stage Gate processes to guide development decisions Develop a deep understanding of electrostatic product lines, applications, and customer needs across industries Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to analyze competitive landscapes and refine differentiated value propositions Product Development & Innovation Drive electrostatic product development initiatives in partnership with engineering, from ideation through commercialization Identify opportunities to enhance product functionality, performance (e.g., transfer efficiency, coverage), and cost efficiency Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new electrostatic products and enhancements Build strong business cases to support investments in manufacturing, technology, and innovation Commercial Excellence Develop and validate compelling value propositions to support pricing strategies and maximize customer value Partner with sales and marketing teams to create effective tools, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for electrostatic solutions Support market introduction activities to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership Integrate product strategies with supply chain logistics, procurement strategies, and manufacturing capabilities Partner with procurement to ensure strategic sourcing of electrostatic components, supply continuity, and cost optimization Align internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to deliver cohesive product strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering preferred) 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in electrostatics, industrial equipment, or related technologies Strong understanding of electrostatic principles (e.g., charge generation, transfer efficiency, application systems) is highly desirable Experience with product lifecycle management, Stage Gate processes, and portfolio optimization Proven ability to translate customer insights into successful product strategies Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial acumen Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
